Developing a human-mouse hybrid model of osteogenesis imperfecta for investigating new therapies for children

Objectives: Osteogenesis imperfecta (OI) displays a heterozygous phenotype even amongst similar genotypes. It has therefore been difficult to establish a mouse model which represents clinical OI in children.
